Parents are the first teachers of youth and are the foundation of the family.  One of the fundamental missions of the OST programs at Catholic Social Services is to engage parents in a partnership that helps to strengthen families. CSS OST Programs are devoted to providing opportunities that build the Protective Factors for families.

Our OST Programs are funded by the Children’s Trust Fund in order to provide family sessions cyclically during the school year. The Strengthening Families Program is offered to parents with children aged 10-14 and the Nurturing Parenting Program to families with Younger Children.
